What do the numbers mean?

Height in centimetres, the way European kidswear is sized. A child who measures 118cm takes our 116–122. The full chart with chest, waist and inside leg is on the size guide, and we explain the system in more depth in what 92, 104 and 128 actually mean.

My child is between two sizes.

Take the larger one. Everything we make is cut about half a step big already, and the hoodies and joggers have ribbed cuffs that fold back, so a size up looks right now and simply unfolds later. The full reasoning is in between two sizes, take the bigger one.

Do they run small?

The opposite. Deliberately roomy through the body and sleeve. If your child is usually a snug fit in other brands, our matching size will feel generous, which is intended.

What if I get it wrong?

Order two sizes, keep the one that fits, send the other back free within 7 days. It costs you nothing.

What is futer?

A looped-back cotton knit, brushed on the inside so it feels soft without the slippery hand of synthetic fleece. It is heavier than t-shirt jersey and it softens with washing instead of pilling. There is a longer explanation in what cotton futer is.

Will the colour fade?

The colour is set before the fabric is cut rather than after the garment is sewn, which is slower and holds far better. Expect a little dye release in the first two or three washes of a deep colour, then nothing.

How should I wash it?

Cold, inside out, tumble low, and no fabric softener, which flattens the texture of the futer. Full detail, including stains and first washes, is in our guide to washing kids' clothes.

Is there any polyester in it?

A small amount of elastane in the futer for recovery, so cuffs and waistbands spring back. No polyester, no acrylic: here is why, for this climate.

When will it arrive?

Order before 2pm on a working day and it ships the same day. Delivery is free everywhere in the UAE. Full rates on the delivery page.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery is free everywhere in the UAE, with no minimum. Outside the UAE it is calculated at checkout.

How can I pay?

Card, Apple Pay, and four interest-free instalments with Tabby. Orders are paid for at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Yes, internationally.

Can I change my order?

Message us within an hour and we can usually still catch it before it is packed. After it ships, we cannot redirect it.

How long do I have?

Seven days from the day it arrives, and that is the maximum. Unworn, tags on. The return label is free.

How do refunds work?

Back to your original payment method within one working day of the parcel reaching us. Banks then take three to five days to show it.

Can I exchange instead?

Yes, and we reserve your replacement size before your return has even been collected, so it is not sold in the meantime. Tell us within the same 7 days.

Something arrived faulty.

Send a photograph and we replace or refund in full. That is our mistake, not a return.

Will sold-out colours come back?

Not this season. We make one run of each piece and then stop: no restock, no quiet reissue. Navy blue finished in the first week of Drop 01 and that is the end of it.

Do you make adult sizes?

No. Sizes 92 to 152 only, roughly ages two to twelve.

Where are you based?

Dubai.
