Working days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are picked and packed the following working morning.
How the free threshold works
It applies to the order total after any discount and before delivery is added. Your bag shows a progress bar, so you always know how far off you are.
What happens after you order

Confirmation, immediately
An email listing everything you bought, the sizes, and your order number.

Picked and packed
Same working day if you ordered before 2pm. Every size is checked against the order by hand before the parcel is sealed.

Shipped, with tracking
A second email with the carrier and a tracking number, the moment it leaves us.

Out for delivery
A message on the morning it is due, so somebody can be there to take it.

Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay at checkout. Charged when the order is placed.

Four interest-free instalments. Approved in seconds at checkout, no long form.

Cash on delivery
Anywhere in the UAE. Have the exact amount ready, as drivers do not always carry change.

Gift orders
Add a note at checkout and we leave the invoice out of the box entirely.
Delivery notes
Somewhere specific
Add a note at checkout — reception, a neighbour, behind the gate — and we pass it to the driver.
Nobody home
The carrier attempts twice, then holds the parcel and contacts you to rearrange.
Wrong address
Message us within an hour of ordering and we can usually still catch it. After it ships we cannot redirect.
